Famed yacht design firm Perini Navi is responsible for one of the most stunning and technologically advanced sailing yachts of modern history, the Maltese Falcon. Most have seen the stunning interior pictures of her online, and some have even seen the nasty pictures of her collision with a smaller sailing vessel. If not, check out the gallery at the bottom of the post! [...] The self shot film follows three friends as they purchase an old sailboat from the repo dock, fix her up, and set sail to Haiti. Their adventure is free from the use of electronics, yacht clubs, and plumbing. [...] First Mate was proud to help out at the 50th annual Little Traverse Yacht Club Regatta.
